Your health profile stays on your device

Anything you type in My profile (symptoms, labs, doctors, notes) is saved only in your own browser on your own device. PCOS Plug never receives it, stores it or sees it, and we can't share what we never get. If you clear your browser or switch devices, it's gone, so download a copy to keep it safe.

Your free-look counter and Cyster Pass unlock are saved in your browser the same way.

What we do collect

• Forms you choose to fill out. When you join the waitlist, recommend a provider or contact us, we get what you type in (like your name, email and message). These forms are handled by our website host, Netlify.
• Our email list. If you sign up for emails, your email address is kept with our email service, Kit. You can unsubscribe anytime from the link in any email.
• Payments. Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record and processes your payment. We get your name, email and what you bought. We never see your full card number. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy also applies.
• Basic technical info. Like every website, our host automatically receives things like your IP address and browser type when you visit, to keep the site running and secure. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google.

What we don't do

• No ad trackers or ad pixels.
• We don't sell or rent your personal info.
• We don't share your info with advertisers.
• We never collect your health profile.

How we use your info

To answer you, review recommendations, give you access you paid for, send emails you signed up for, and keep the site safe and working. That's it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the info we have about you. Use our contact form and pick "Privacy request," or email hello@pcosplug.com. We'll take care of it as soon as we can.

Kids

PCOS Plug is made for adults. We don't knowingly collect info from children under 13. If you think a child sent us info, let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If we ever start saving health profiles on our side, we'll ask you first.
