Who we are

PCOS Plug is run by Cash Arroyo, based in Florida. "We" and "us" means PCOS Plug.

PCOS Plug is a directory and education site. Nothing here is medical advice. Please read our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Free looks

Everyone gets a few free looks around the site. After that, you'll need a Cyster Pass to keep browsing. Please don't try to get around the limit.

The Cyster Pass

• One-time payment. You pay once. It's never a subscription and you'll never be charged again for it.
• Lifetime access means access for as long as PCOS Plug is running. We'll keep adding to it, and features may change over time.
• Your pass is for you. Please don't share or resell it.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. Their terms also apply to your purchase.
• All sales are final. Because the pass unlocks digital access right away, we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires one. If you were charged by mistake or can't get access you paid for, contact us and we'll make it right.

Listings and Featured providers

• A basic listing is always free. We list a provider only when their own website says they work with PCOS / PMOS.
• Providers can buy a Featured listing, billed monthly. Providers can cancel anytime and the Featured spot ends at the end of the paid month. Featured listings are clearly marked as paid placements.
• Paying for Featured doesn't change our rules. We can decline or remove any listing that doesn't meet them.
• Providers are responsible for making sure the info, photos and links they give us are accurate and that they have the right to share them.
• Any provider can ask us to correct or remove their listing through our contact form.

Recommendations and reviews

When you recommend a provider or leave a review:

• Share only your own real experience, and be honest.
• No fake reviews, no reviewing yourself or your own business, and no reviews you were paid for unless you say so.
• Don't post anything hateful, threatening or untrue about someone, or other people's private info.

We review submissions before they go live and can edit, decline or remove them. By sending one, you let us show it on PCOS Plug.

Sharing PCOS Plug for rewards

If you join our referral or affiliate program and earn money for sign-ups, you have to clearly say so when you share, like adding #ad or "I earn from this link." Program details are in the program's own terms.

Our content

The PCOS Plug name, design and our own writing belong to us. You're welcome to share links to the site. Please don't copy the directory or scrape the site.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep things accurate, but PCOS Plug is provided "as is." We can't promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that any provider or resource will be right for you.

Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, PCOS Plug and Cash Arroyo aren't responsible for decisions you make based on the site, or for the care, products or services of any provider, brand or website listed here. If we are ever found responsible for something, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
